IBM banned from further contracts for the Queensland government. What I don’t understand is why people still implement SAP. How many big time disasters do you have to have to be considered no longer viable? I had an early experience of SAP boondoggle at CompuAdd.
- Hersey — $100 Million disaster and ate up 8% of the stock price
- Nike — $400 Million implementation, $100 Million in loses and 20% dip in stock price
- Waste Management — $100 Million implementation and still in court of the disaster
